What Happened to Granger Taylor? The Truth

Granger Taylor left a letter for his parents to discover on the stormy night of November 29, 1980. According to the report, he went to board an alien spaceship after having frequent visions about embarking on a 42-month interplanetary adventure.

A massive storm hit Vancouver Island the night he vanished. Hurricanes are said to have hit the area. There was a power outage. Granger disappeared to the ground as his blue pickup truck drove away.

Since then, he has not been seen.

The Life of Granger Taylor

Granger Ormond Taylor was born on 1948 October 7 in Duncan, British Columbia, Canada (Canada).

Granger’s father died in an accident while he was a child, and his mother later remarried. His stepfather was quite supportive and stood with him throughout his childhood.

His physical condition and exceptional talent were unrivaled. He was a tall 190 cm man who was an introvert. People who knew him referred to him as “eccentric.” His powers continued to astound everyone, but his contemporaries mocked him.

Granger Taylor dropped out of school at 14 and was in the eighth grade. Unlike other dropouts, this young man appears to have a definite objective in life and burning enthusiasm.

Granger was a self-taught mechanical prodigy. As a child, Granger built a single-cylinder vehicle, which is now on display at the Duncan Forest Museum. He also refurbished a steam locomotive and a bulldozer at the age of 17.

He created a duplicate of a World War II fighter plane purchased for $20,000 by a collector.

Granger became interested in a vehicle that some mistook for a U.F.O. after he figured out he could repair many highly sophisticated heavy truck engines.

Granger appears to be obsessed with flying saucers and how they work. Granger, who had built a replica of a World War II fighter, believed a similar vehicle could have been built.

Granger then designed two satellite dishes, one for the top and one for the bottom, to resemble a flying saucer or U.F.O. when combined. A couch, a television, and a stove can be found within the flying saucer.

Granger also utilized it as a base, spending so much time there that he eventually passed out.

The Disappearance of Granger Taylor

Taylor told his buddies in the late 1980s that aliens telepathically spoke with him while aboard his spaceship. He was confident that the aliens would transport him to space. Nielsen, one of his buddies, told reporters what Taylor had explained to him while on his self-built spaceship.

Granger Taylor went missing on November 29, 1980, following a violent thunderstorm. He posted a message on his parents’ room door indicating that he had left for an alien spacecraft and would be gone for 42 months, leaving his worldly things to them.

Granger was most likely driving away in his 1972 light blue Datsun, one of several older model pickup trucks he owned.

The automobile is still missing, which is the most puzzling aspect of an already complex case.

The disappearance of Granger grabbed Canadian news headlines. Granger was the subject of a massive manhunt.

Every hospital, airport, public location, and the last three blue pickup trucks Granger acquired were inspected. Granger’s whereabouts, on the other hand, remain unknown.

The search was called off in May 1984, following nearly four years of grueling searching. Granger’s parents, Jim and Grace Taylor are still waiting for their son to return home. Granger’s father stated that he did not believe his son could go into space aboard an alien ship.

The Granger Incident is a fantastic Canadian mystery. A man with his remarkable mechanical abilities would not have gone unnoticed if he merely slipped away in the night.

Aftermath of His Disappearance

Truck parts and bones were discovered at a bomb site on Mount Prevost in 1986. D.N.A. testing was unavailable then, but the coroner’s pathology analysis attributed the adult human bones to Taylor.

Clothing fragments discovered among the rotting material belonged to Taylor, according to his mother, who has since died. The pieces matched the fabric of a garment she’d made for him not long before he vanished.

Representatives from the RCMP’s car branch confirmed the truck was his. The strange story of Granger Taylor was officially closed when the B.C. The coroner’s office issued a report declaring Taylor is deceased.

Many people believe he is still alive despite the lack of additional information.

Taylor stopped at Bob’s Grill near Duncan before heading up Mount Prevost on the stormy night of his disappearance, and neighbors reported hearing a massive boom around the time he would have arrived.

The Conspiracy Theories Behind Granger Taylor’s Disappearance

However, when Granger developed a radio to speak with aliens based on his frequent hallucinations of extraterrestrial abduction, concerns about his well-being began to circulate.

He told a buddy a month before his disappearance that he’d had contact with an alien being and had been invited to embark on a trip through the solar system. Still, he presumably didn’t share the rendezvous details with anyone.

Keller assisted Granger Taylor in the construction of the spaceship and insisted that his friend was not crazy. “Granger was the most intellectual, down-to-earth, smart man I’ve ever encountered,” said Keller, who was among the last people to see Taylor alive.

He claims he would have known if Taylor was planning to take his life. “He wasn’t crazy. Granger was a brilliant man who went about his business as usual. But when you say’s spaceman,’ he goes completely insane.”

Taylor had predicted that the aliens would arrive when severe weather is in effect, allowing them to travel undercover.

According to Keller, Taylor had prior experience with explosives, and the fact that he allegedly had dynamite with him at the time of his disappearance should not be considered.

“He was far too intelligent to have an accident on the mountain.” There isn’t a chance. He knew how to handle bombs — he was practically an expert — therefore, safety was his number one priority. It does not work for me. He wouldn’t have done it by accident and certainly wouldn’t have done it on purpose.”

Keller is similarly skeptical of the evidence’s authenticity. “The cops said it was a blue vehicle, but his truck was Pepto Bismol pink – I painted it with my buddy Darren,” he explained.

“They didn’t find Granger’s truck on the mountain. They have no notion if the bones were Granger’s or not.”

On the other hand, his allies argue that the evidence is inconclusive. Others who never saw Taylor have proposed various explanations, such as that he moved to Colombia or was kidnapped by the U.S.A. government to work in Area 51.

Some believe Granger contacted aliens, boarded a ship, and left Earth.

Conclusion

Some of Taylor’s repaired trains and vehicles are now on display at the B.C. Forest Discovery Centre in Duncan.

Is Ganger Taylor still alive? Was Taylor abducted and brought to space by aliens? Were Taylor’s illusions to blame for his execution that night? Was it all a complex hoax orchestrated by Taylor for him to vanish and begin a new life?
